道路路基试验及检测研究

道路施工时应进行室内试验,通过室内试验确定道路施工质量,采用压实试验确定路基回填料的压实度、利用EDTA滴定法确定测定水泥稳定层的水泥剂量。南京禄口新城中心区道路路基使用当地风化砂做填料,其强度随土层深度加深而减弱,通过击实试验得出路基压实值选值表并研究不同原料、不同龄期的水泥稳定层,得出该地区水泥剂量的分段函数,求出对应参数,现场检测6%灰土的路床弯沉值必不可少,室内试验与室外检测相结合共同保证了道路路基的施工质量。

During road construction,laboratory tests should be carried out to determine the quality of road construction,compaction tests should be used to determine the compactness of subgrade backfill,and EDTA titration method should be used to determine the cement dose of the stable layer of cement.Nanjing lukou town central road subgrade using local FengHuaSha do packing,its strength decreased with soil depth deepening,through compaction test roadbed compaction value selected table and study different materials,different age of cement stabilized layer,it is concluded that the region cement dosage of section function,and the corresponding parameters,detection of 6%lime soil road bed deflection value is indispensable,indoor test and outdoor test combining together to ensure the roadbed construction quality.
