摘要
目的:探讨过氧化还原蛋白1(PRDX1)血清水平变化与急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者疾病转归的关联性。方法:选取2019年5月~2020年1月我院AIS患者128例作为观察组,同期健康体检者76例作为对照组。均检测血清PRDX1水平,对比两组及观察组不同神经功能损伤程度(NIHSS评分)患者血清PRDX1水平,并随访1个月,对比不同预后患者血清PRDX1水平,分析血清PRDX1水平变化与预后关联性。结果:观察组血清PRDX1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);不同神经功能损伤程度患者血清PRDX1水平,经单因素方差分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两两对比,随神经功能损伤程度加重,血清PRDX1水平呈升高趋势(P<0.05);经Spearman秩相关系模型分析,血清PRDX1水平与神经功能损伤程度呈正相关(P<0.05);随访1个月,预后良好106例,预后不良22例,预后良好患者血清PRDX1水平低于预后不良患者(P<0.05);偏相关性分析,血清PRDX1水平与预后相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清PRDX1水平变化与AIS发生发展及病情转归关系密切,临床可通过检测血清PRDX1水平,早期预测预后情况,并指导完善治疗方案以确保患者能最大化获益。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum Prdxl and the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:128 AIS patients in our hospital from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 76 healthy people were selected as the control group.The serum Prdx1 levels were detected.The serum Prdx1 levels were compared between the two groups and the observation group with different degrees of neurological impairment(NIHSS score).The serum Prdx1 levels of patients with different prognosis were compared after 1 month of follow-up.The correlation between the changes of serum Prdx1 level and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The serum Prdx1 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum Prdx1 level of patients with different degrees of nerve function injury was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with each other,with the aggravation of nerve function injury,the serum Prdx1 level showed an increasing trend(P<0.05);by Spearman correlation coefficient model analysis,serum Prdx1 level and nerve function were significantly different After 1 month follow-up,106 cases had good prognosis and 22 cases had poor prognosis.Serum Prdx1 level in patients with good prognosis was lower than that in patients with poor prognosis(P<0.05);partial correlation analysis showed that serum Prdx1 level was correlated with prognosis(P<0.05).ConClusion:the change of serum Prdx1 level is closely related to the occurrence and development of AIS and the prognosis of AIS.We can detect the serum Prdx1 level to predict the prognosis in early stage and guide the improvement of treatment plan to ensure the maximum benefit of patients.
