摘要
目的:了解高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌和经典肺炎克雷伯菌分离株亚碲酸盐抗性基因簇、抗性水平及其相互关系。方法:采用PCR方法检测肺炎克雷伯菌亚碲酸盐抗性基因簇,采用平皿法检测菌株亚碲酸盐抗性水平。结果:20株hvKp分离株中19株携带ter基因簇,20株cKp分离株仅2株携带ter基因簇;ter基因簇阳性菌株的亚碲酸盐抗性水平均≥64μg/mL,ter基因簇阴性菌株亚碲酸盐抗性水平均≤8μg/mL。结论:hvKp菌株的ter基因簇携带率明显高于cKp,ter基因簇阳性菌株亚碲酸盐抗性水平明显高于ter基因簇阴性菌株,初步证实了亚碲酸盐平板筛选hvKp的可行性。
Objective:To investigate the tellurite resistance level,the presence of tellurite resistance(ter)gene cluster and their relationship in hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae and classic Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates.Methods:The tellurite resistance gene clusters of Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected by PCR method.The resistance level of tellurite was detected by plate dilution method.Results:Nineteen of the 20 hvKp isolates carried ter gene cluster,however,only 2 of 20 cKp isolates carried ter gene cluster.Compare with resistance level of tellurite in ter gene cluster negative strains(≤8μg/mL),the level in positive strains is ≥64μg/mL.Conclusion:The ter gene cluster carrying rate of hvKp strains was obviously higher than that of cKp strains and there were significant difference in the level of tellurite resistance between positive strains and negative counterparts.The feasibility of screening hvKp with tellurite plate was preliminarily confirmed.
