围产期孕妇发生B族链球菌感染的影响因素及检测意义分析

Analysis of influencing factors of B streptococcus infection in pregnant women during perinatal period and its significance

目的:分析围产期孕妇发生B族链球菌感染的影响因素及检测的意义。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年4月于吴川市人民医院妇产科中接受B族链球菌检测的531例围产期孕妇作为研究对象,分析531例围产期孕妇的感染情况、感染影响因素及进行B族链球菌检测的意义。结果:531例患者中,B族链球菌阳性患者(感染者)73例;年龄、体质量、流产史、生殖感染均为围产期孕妇感染的相关影响因素(P<0.05);青霉素、苯唑西林、头孢唑林、头孢咲辛等抗菌药物的耐药性较弱,而红霉素、克林霉素效果耐药性较强,头孢咲辛、头孢西丁;万古霉素未见耐药株;感染组患者吃早产、新生儿窒息、新生儿感染、胎儿窘迫、胎膜早破、宫内感染、产后出血、产褥感染发生率明显高于未感染组孕妇,新生儿出生体重明显低于未感染组,存在明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、体质量、流产史、生殖感染均为围产期孕妇感染的相关风险因素,对围产期孕妇进行B族链球菌感染情况检测对保障母婴安全、降低风险性有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of streptococcus B infection in pregnant women during perinatal period and the significance of detection.Methods:The infection status,influencing factors and significance of B streptococcus were analyzed in 531 pregnant women during perinatal period from January 2018 to April 2020.Results:Of the 531 patients,73 were B streptococcus positive(infected),age,body quality,history of abortion,reproductive infection were all related factors(P<0.5);Penicillin,benzacillin,cefazolin,cefuroxime and other antimicrobial drug resistance is weak,but erythromycin,clindamycin effect resistance is stronger,cefuroxime,cefoxitin;vancomycin no drug resistant strains;infection group patients take premature delivery,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal infection,fetal distress,premature rupture of membranes,intrauterine infection,postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection rate is significantly higher than the uninfected group pregnant women,neonatal birth weight is significantly lower than the uninfected group,there is significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,body quality,history of abortion and reproductive infection are all related risk factors of perinatal infection.Detection ofB streptococcus infection in perinatal pregnant women is of great significance to ensure the safety of mother and child and reduce the risk.
