知识经济时代的生产转型与治理转型

The transformation of production and governance in the era of knowledge economy

经过几十年的发展,知识经济不仅引发了人类生产方式的重大转型,也推动了人类社会治理体系的重塑。在生产层面上,它使生产向想象的逼近成为可能,使人的生产能力尤其创造能力得到空前释放,也使生产的组织原则从市场与层级制转向了合作。在治理层面上,知识经济对具有组织集权与政治分权双重特征的现代社会治理模式提出了挑战。由于知识的生产摆脱了对于物质资本的依赖,在组织与国家的层面上,价值与权力的统一都成为可能。进而,传统公私分界的合理性不复存在,以社会要求国家供给公共物品为基本内容的民主治理开始朝着以共同资源治理为基础的合作治理转型。

The knowledge economy has fundamentally changed both the way of production and the way of governance in human society.As to production,it makes possible the approximation of production to imagination,elevated greatly each individual’s productive capacity,especially creative capacity,and promises to replace market and hierarchy with collaborative community in the process of production.As to governance,it makes possible the consonance of value and power,and thus breaks the traditional distinction between the public and the private,and moves our governing system toward a collaborative mode based upon the governance of common resources.
