摘要
内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)是细胞发挥自我保护的一种机制,过度的ERS造成组织细胞的病理性改变,它不仅在神经退行性疾病中诱导了神经细胞死亡和发病的过程,而且在药物滥用中也发挥了重要作用。中脑边缘多巴胺奖赏系统是药物滥用主要的神经生物学基础,多项研究表明,多巴胺能神经细胞的ERS参与了多种药物滥用不同阶段的分子机制过程。本文综述了药物滥用中ERS相关机制的研究,旨在进一步探讨药物滥用的分子机制,为治疗药物滥用提供新思路。
Endoplasmic reticulum stress(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)is a kind of mechanism of cells protection.Over ERS induces tissues and cells pathological change,not only in neuronal cell death and the process of neurodegenerative disease,but also playing an important role in the drug abuse.The mesolimbic dopamine reward system is the major neurobiological basis of drug abuse,and several studies have shown that ERS of dopaminergic neurons is involved in a variety of molecular mechanism of drug abuse at different stages.This paper reviews the researches of ERS in drug abuse related mechanism and aims to further explore the molecular mechanisms of drug abuse,and provides new insight for the treatment of drug abuse.
