"橘生淮南则为橘,生于淮北则为枳"。大凡地里生长出来的东西,口味与品质都与这个地方的水土和气候密切相关。西牟香椿就是最好的例证。在胶东半岛,几乎处处有香椿。但是,最著名的莫过于西牟香椿。山东的西牟香椿与安徽的太和香椿、河南的焦作香椿并称为中国最著名的香椿品种。香椿让西牟人自豪,西牟因香椿而闻名。香椿被称为"树上的蔬菜"。香椿树原产于中国,中国是世界上唯一以香椿嫩芽叶入馔的国家。在蔬菜中,香椿的香味最为浓烈。

The Chinese toon can be found everywhere in Jiaodong Peninsula.However,Ximu Chinese toon is most famous.Ximu Chinese toon in Shandong,Taihe Chinese toon in Anhui and Jjiaozuo Chinese toon in Henan are called the three most famous breeds of the Chinese toon in China.Ximu locals are proud of their Chinese toon and Ximu becomes known for its Chinese toon.
