昆明市民营医疗美容机构丙泊酚管理使用过程中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Management and Use of Propofol in Private Medical Cosmetic Institutions in Kunming City

目的研究昆明市民营医疗美容机构丙泊酚管理使用过程中存在的问题与监管对策。方法选取2018年12月-2019年12月昆明市监管的52家民营医疗美容机构(不含美容诊所)在卫生监督中存在的问题作为观察对象。对上述问题进行分析,分别计算各类问题发生率,并结合相应问题总结改进措施。结果丙泊酚药品管理使用中发生率最高的前三项问题依次为使用丙泊酚药品未开具处方,占比56.4%;未接受药品相关法律知识培训,占比47.5%;未配备专门药学服务人员,占比40.6%,而开具超常处方的发生率最低,仅占比0.2%。结论昆明市民营医疗美容机构丙泊酚管理中存在诸多安全问题,应当从问题的源头抓起,加强民营医疗美容机构丙泊酚药品的日常监管,督促民营医疗美容机构做好相关医务人员培训,提升民营医疗美容机构的医疗安全与质量。

Objective To study the existing problems in the management and use of propofol in private medical cos-metic institutions in kunming city and its regulatory countermeasures.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,52 private medical and cosmetic institutions(excluding cosmetic clinics)supervised at the same level in kunming were selected as the objects of observation for their problems in health supervision.In this study,the above problems were analyzed,the incidence of all kinds of problems was calculated respectively,and the improvement measures were summarized based on the corresponding problems.Results In the management and use of propofol,the top-three problems with the highest incidence were the use of propofol without a prescription(56.4%),the lack of training in drug-related legal knowledge(47.5%),and the lack of special pharmaceutical care personnel(40.6%),followed by the lowest incidence of overprescribing(0.2%).Conclusion There are many safety problems in the management of propofol in private medical cosmetic institutions.We should start from the source of the problems,strengthen the daily supervision of popofol in private medical cosmetic institutions,urge the institutions to do a good job in the training of relevant medical personnel,and improve the medical safety and quality of private medical cosmetic institutions.
