本案是一起在新冠肺炎疫情背景下由村委发现非法行医线索的案件。在调查过程中,通过新冠肺炎疫情联防联控发现求医患者,从而追踪无证行医人员。本案收集无证行医人和患者的微信记录、查获医疗药品,确认了非法行医的违法事实。通过探讨微信记录的证据收集、联防联控等问题,以期为今后无证行医案件的查处提供借鉴和帮助。

This case is a illegal medical practice discovered by the village committee under the COVID-19 epidemic situ ation.In the course of investigation,we found patients through the epidemic joint prevention and control,tracked down unlicensed practitioners.The case collected the Wechat records of unlicensed practitioners and patients,seized drugs,confirmed the illegal practice of illegal facts.This paper discusses the evidence collection of Wechat records,joint prevention and control and other issues,hoping to provide reference and help for the investigation of future cases of unlicensed medical practice.
