摘要
虚拟载荷在应用到实际的项目研发过程之前,需要对其信号进行可行性验证。在基于虚拟载荷的悬架系统道路模拟试验中,会遇到传递函数控制通道优化问题。从时域、频域、相干性等维度,对传递函数控制通道进行评估,通过对不同控制通道组合,得到最优的试验方案。以信噪比为标准,最终选择轮心六分力及顶端支撑垂向力为迭代控制通道,并对优化结果进行传递函数逆矩阵以及迭代均方根值误差的验证。经过多个项目试验证明,优化后的通道能够满足试验模拟精度的要求,并能显著缩短项目开发周期,实现数字化、虚拟化的载荷模拟,具有很高的应用价值。
Before the virtual load can be applied to the actual project development process,the feasibility of its signal should be verified.In the road simulation test of suspension system based on virtual load,the problem of transfer function control channels optimization will be encountered.From the way of time domain,frequency domain and coherence,to evaluate the control channels of transfer function,through the different control channels combination,to achieve the optimized test scheme.On the basis of signal-to-noise ratio,finally the wheel force and load cell vertical force for iterative control channels are chosen,and the results are verified using inverse matrix of transfer function and iteration root mean square(RMS)error.Through several project tests,it has been proved that the optimized channels can meet the requirement of test simulation precision,can significantly shorten the project development time,and realize the digital and virtual load simulation,which has a high application value.
