摘要
采用融合数据、模型和相关领域知识的人工智能技术,开展石化生产过程装置操作模拟与优化,是当前研究热点。近年来,针对中国石化镇海炼化公司(简称镇海炼化)的两套催化裂化装置生产过程模拟与优化的难点,基于智能在线仿真与优化技术,研发了催化裂化装置全流程优化运行系统,并开展了集生产过程仿真、操作优化和性能评估为一体的工业应用。实施效果表明,在线仿真系统对催化裂化装置关键产品和性质的在线预测效果较好,对多数指标的预测平均相对误差小于5%。基于系统制定的优化方案具有较好的实施性,其提供的优化产品收益率及效益值与装置实施效果基本一致。该技术的运用,使生产过程优化操作更加数字化、智能化,提升了装置优化运行水平。
Online simulation and optimization of unit operation in the petrochemical production process with the use of artificial intelligence technology that integrates data,model and domain knowledge is a focus in current research.In recent years,around the needs and key difficulties of the simulation and optimization for two fluid catalytic cracking units(FCCUs)in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company,the all-process optimization operation systems of the FCCUs have been developed based on intelligent online simulation and optimization technology.Moreover,an industrial application integrating production process simulation,operation optimization and performance evaluation is carried out.The implementation results show that the online simulation system has a good online prediction effect on the key products and properties of the FCCUs,and the average relative errors on most indicators are less than 5%.The formulated optimization scheme has a good operability,and the predicted product yield and benefit value are basically consistent with the implementation results of the FCCUs.With the application of this technology,the operation optimization of the FCCUs process become more digital,intelligent,and operation optimization level of the FCCUs is improved.
