公益新闻中互联网企业的报道框架研究——基于某公益新闻网站(2016—2020年)的文本挖掘

Study on the News Framework on the Internet Companies from the Public Welfare News Media——Based on Text Mining of a News Website

考察专业公益新闻网站对互联网企业的报道框架是理解我国公益新闻媒体和企业公益现有发展形态的重要视角。通过文本挖掘的方法对某公益新闻网站中有关互联网企业的报道进行了文本数据分析。分析结果表明,在公益新闻中,互联网企业的相关报道呈现出三个有意义的框架,即"重要的与区别度高的公益主体"的定性框架、"多样性和渗透性高的公益行为"的叙述框架和"以分析性报道内容为主"的主旨框架。这三种不同的报道框架共同推进了公益领域中互联网企业有关报道的深度和广度。专业公益新闻网站呈现出来的信息具有综合性、分析性的特点,同时这种报道倾向也削弱了公益新闻媒体的公益监督功能。

Investigating the news framework on the internet companies from the public welfare news media is an important perspective to understand the welfare news media and the enterprise’s public welfare in the present China. In this paper, the news about internet companies from the news website ’WWW.GONGYISHIBAO.COM’ were analyzed by text mining techniques. The analysis results indicate that there are three meaningful frameworks of the internet companies, including the qualitative framework about ‘the important and distinctive public welfare subjects’, the narrative framework about ‘the new and penetrative public welfare behavior’ and the theme framework about ‘analytical news reports being more important’. These frameworks expand and deepen the meanings of the reports about the internet companies from the public welfare news media. Meanwhile, the information from the public welfare news media is abstracted and analytical, and the new media have not well realized the supervision function.
