摘要
零售业是实现商品或服务从流通领域到达消费者手中的最后环节,随着消费观念、科技水平的发展,我国零售方式也不断变革,从以物易物到沿街售卖,再到商场百货以及线上模式。随着消费主体日益年轻化,老旧的实体或者新兴的电商对于消费者日渐复杂的需求都无法独立满足,所以需要专注于改善新零售体验店服务系统,提升线下购物服务体验便成了新零售模式下体验店。通过探索新零售业在当今条件下的发展,对其服务模式现状进行研究,并举例其中的电子智能产品体验店,以期对未来新零售模式下服务的发展方向进行展望,为智能终端类线下体验店的服务系统升级提供参考。
Retail industry is the last step to realize the delivery of goods or services from circulation to consumers. With the development of consumption concept and technology level,China’s retail mode is constantly changing,from bartering to selling along the street,shopping malls and online modes. As consumers become younger and younger,neither old entities nor emerging e-commerce can satisfy consumers. increasingly complex demands independently. The focusing on improving the service system and the offline shopping service experience of the new retail experience store will ensure the experience store under the new retail model. The development direction of the service under the new retail mode is prospected to provide reference for the service system upgrading of the offline experience store of intelligent terminal.Based on the exploration of the development of the new retail industry under the current conditions,the current situation of its service mode is studied with the case of the electronic intelligent product experience store.
