饲喂不同硬度颗粒饲料对育肥羊生产性能、血液生化指标、抗氧化功能及经济效益的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究不同硬度配合颗粒饲料对育肥羊生产性能、血液生化指标、抗氧化功能及经济效益的影响。选取32只6月龄驱虫健胃、健康无病、体重相近(45.57±2.12) kg的哈萨克公羊,随机分为4组,每组8只,分栏饲喂。试验羊饲喂商品育肥羊配合饲料,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组颗粒饲料硬度分别为52、56、59和65 N,粗饲料为玉米秸秆。预试期10 d,正式试验期55 d。结果显示,试验Ⅲ组育肥羊平均日采食量最高,较试验Ⅰ组提高6.08%(P<0.05),较试验Ⅳ组提高7.53%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组育肥羊平均日增重最高,较试验Ⅰ组提高7.17%(P<0.05),较试验Ⅳ组提高12.53%(P<0.01)。试验Ⅲ组屠宰率最高,较试验Ⅳ组提高5.51%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组育肥羊的料重比最优。试验Ⅲ组育肥羊较其他各试验组血液生化指标最优,抗氧化功能最强。试验表明,试验Ⅲ组硬度(59 N)颗粒饲料的饲喂效果最优,经济效益最佳。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different hardness pellet feed on production performance,blood biochemical indexes, anti-oxidative function and economic benefits of fattening sheep. 32 expelling parasite,healthy and disease-free 6-month old Kazakh rams with similar body weight(45.57±2.12) kg were selected and divided into four groups randomly, with eight rams in each group. Rams were fed with commercial formulated feed, the pellet feed hardness of in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 52, 56, 59 and 65 N, and the roughage of each group was corn straw. The pretrial period was 10 d, and the formal period was 55 d. The results showed that the formulated feed ADFI of group Ⅲ was the highest. Compared with group I and group Ⅳ, the ADFI of group Ⅲ was increased by 6.08% and 7.53%(P<0.05). The ADG of group Ⅲ was the highest. Compared with group I, the ADG of group Ⅲ was increased by 7.17%(P<0.05).Compared with group Ⅳ, the ADG of group Ⅲ was increased by 12.53%(P<0.01). The dressing rate of group Ⅲ was the highest. Compared with group Ⅳ, the dressing rate of group Ⅲ was significant increased by 5.51%(P<0.05). The F/G of group Ⅱ was the best. The blood biochemical indexes and anti-oxidative function of group Ⅲ was better than the other groups. The study indicates that the feeding effects of group Ⅲ(59 N) is the best and its economic benefit is the best.
