黑沙蒿水提物对小白鼠生长性能、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effect of water extract of Artemisia ordosica on growth performance,immune and antioxidative indexes in mice

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的黑沙蒿水提物(water extract of Artemisia ordosica,WEAO)对小白鼠生长性能、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选取体重相近的30只28日龄的雄性昆明小白鼠,随机分为5个处理组,每组6个重复。5个处理组分别在基础饲粮中添加0、250、500、1000和2000 mg/kg WEAO。结果显示,随着饲粮中WEAO添加量的升高,小白鼠粗蛋白(CP)和磷(P)的表观消化率呈二次曲线升高趋势,Ca的表观消化率呈极显著的一次线性升高(P<0.01)。血清中免疫因子免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的含量随WEAO添加量的增加呈极显著一次线性或二次曲线升高(P<0.01),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量呈显著一次线性升高(P<0.05)。血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性随WEAO添加量的增加呈显著一次线性或二次曲线升高(P<0.05)。随着WEAO添加量的增加小白鼠肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和肠组织SOD活性呈显著二次曲线升高(P<0.05)。血清和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量呈显著一次线性或二次曲线降低(P<0.05),且肠组织MDA的含量呈二次曲线降低趋势(P=0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加WEAO能够提高小白鼠Ca和P的表观消化率,提高血清和组织中抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量,能够调节血清免疫因子的含量,从而提高机体免疫和抗氧化水平。 The study aimed to evaluate the effect of feeding water extract of Artemisia ordosica at different levels on growth performance, immune and antioxidative indexes in mice. A total of 30 28-day-old male mice were randomly assigned into five groups with six repetitions in each group. Five treatment diets were supplemented with 0, 250, 500,1 000, and 2 000 mg/kg WEAO in the basal diet. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of CP and P showed a quadratic elevation trend, while the apparent digestibility of Ca showed a greater linear elevation effect(P<0.01) with the increase of WEAO dose. The serum content of IgM and IL-1β had a linear or quadratic elevation effect(P<0.01), and the content of IgG had a linear elevation effect(P<0.05) with the increase of WEAO dose. TAC and SOD activity in the serum had a linear or quadratic elevation effect with the increase of WEAO dose(P<0.05). GSH-Px in the liver and SOD in the intestines activity showed a quadratic elevation effect with the increase of WEAO dose(P<0.05). The content of MDA in the serum and liver showed a significant linear or quadratic reduction elevation(P<0.05), and the content of MDA in the intestines tended to decrease quadratically with the increase of WEAO dose(P=0.05). The study indicates that dietary WEAO supplementation can increase the apparent digestibility of Ca and P in mice, enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the serum and tissues, reduce the content of MDA, and regulate the content of serum immune factors, so as to improve the immune function and antioxidant capacity.
