姬松茸多糖对肉兔生长性能、肠道菌群和免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在探究姬松茸多糖对肉兔生长性能、肠道菌群及免疫功能的影响。选取36只断奶肉兔,随机分为对照组、T1组和T2组,分别饲喂基础日粮、添加200 mg/kg姬松茸多糖和添加400 mg/kg姬松茸多糖的日粮。试验期35 d。结果显示,T1组和T2组肉兔的料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。T1组肉兔盲肠沙门氏菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),T2组肉兔盲肠大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),T2组肉兔盲肠乳酸菌和双歧杆菌数量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。T2组肉兔脾淋巴细胞转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T1组肉兔白介素-6(IL-6)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T2组肉兔白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-2(IL-2)和IL-6含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,姬松茸多糖能够提高肉兔生长性能、调节肠道菌群和免疫功能,在肉兔日粮中的添加量400 mg/kg为宜。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide on growth performance, intestinal flora and immune function in meat rabbits. Thirty-six weaned meat rabbits were randomly divided into control group, T1 group and T2 group, which were fed with basal diet, diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg Agaricus blazei polysaccharide and diet supplemented with 400 mg/kg Agaricus blazei polysaccharide, respectively. The test lasted for 35 d. The results showed that ratios of feed to gain in T1 and T2 groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Salmonella count in cecum in T1 group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Escherichia coli and Salmonella counts in cecum in T2 group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria counts in cecum of T2 group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The transformation rate of splenic lymphocytes in T2 group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). IL-6 level in T1 group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6 in T2 group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The results indicates that Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide can improve the production performance,regulate the intestinal flora and immune function of meat rabbits, and the appropriate dosage of Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide in the diet of meat rabbits is 400 mg/kg.
