建设社会主义文化强国是一项系统工程,而社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行即社会主义道德的张扬,是建设社会主义文化强国的基础性工程、核心工程。建设社会主义文化强国意味着要不断提升国家文化软实力,这就需要不断加强以道德自信为基础的文化自信和文化自觉,加强以道德为核心要素的文化主体的精神素养,加强以道德为灵魂的物质的精神文化塑造,加强社会主义核心价值观的弘扬与传播。

Building a socialist cultural power is a systematic project,and the cultivation and practise of the core socialist values,that is upholding the socialist morality,is a basic and core project of building a socialist cultural power.Building a socialist cultural power means that we need to continuously promote the national cultural soft power,and enhance the cultural confidence and consciousness which is based on moral confidence,strengthen the spiritual quality of cultural subject as a core of morality,enhance the formation of material spiritual culture,enhance upholding and disseminating the core socialist values.
