摘要
工业遗产的价值认知与评估标准作为遗产保护的重要基础,一个世纪以来在全世界范围内被广泛研究和探索。2003年《关于工业遗产的下塔吉尔宪章》、2011年《都柏林原则》代表着工业遗产的价值评估成为世界准则。这些探索都包含了哪些重要的论点?价值评估的发展趋势如何?这些问题都是今后工业遗产保护的重要课题。本研究梳理国际工业遗产价值认知与评估的探索历程,并进行发展流变的分析。揭示工业遗产在价值认知与评估要素上,从重视物质形态的价值到重视非物质形态的价值的变迁,旨在为中国工业遗产保护与发展提供理论参考。
As an important foundation for industrial heritage protection, the value cognition and evaluation criteria have been studied all over the world for a century. The Nizhny Tagil Charter for the Industrial Heritage published in 2003 and the Dublin Principles in 2011 represent the world standard for the evaluation of industrial heritages. What are the important points of these explorations? What is the development trend of value evaluation? These issues are the important references for industrial heritage protection in the future. This study sorts out the exploration process and analyses the development progress of international industrial heritage value cognition and evaluation. This study reveals the change of value cognition and evaluation elements from the value of material forms to the non-material forms, in order to provide theoretical references for the protection and development of Chinese industrial heritages.
