摘要
该项目的前身是大西南建材城,建材城始建于1953年,是成都的水运枢纽。场地内遗留的木材加工业的元素,构成独具特色的场地特征。设计基于城市可持续发展的视角,思考新时代下工业遗产的景观更新与功能转型,以此提出大西南建材城的景观再生策略,在充分保护场地内遗留的工业遗产和历史风貌的基础上,该项目采用低干扰措施优化原始生态环境并融入适应现代生活方式的城市功能,解决了工业遗产保护与城市转型发展的矛盾,将城市中问题緊集的失落空间转变为具有独特场所精神的绿色空间,从而为可持续发展探索道路。
The project site was formerly known as the Southwest Lumber Mill which was built in 1953,and has been a waterway hub for wood transportation in Chengdu.The existing wood-processing industry within the site contributes to its unique characteristics and features.Based on the perspective of urban sustainability,the project considers landscape renewal and functional transformation of the mill’s industrial heritage in the new era,and proposes a landscape regeneration strategy for the Southwest Lumber Mill.In order to fully protect the industrial heritage and historical features of the site,the project uses low-disturbance measures to optimize the original ecological environment and integrate urban functions adapted to the modern lifestyle,solves the contradiction between industrial heritage conservation and urban transformation and development,transforms the lost space in the city where problems cluster into a green space with a unique spirit of place,and thus explores the path for sustainable development.
