摘要
该项目场地始建于20世纪60年代,20世纪90年代被改作建材市场城市化的发展使这个位于汉口三环线内的厂区逐渐被边缘化,亟须修复改造,以适应城市发展的需要。该项目将其改造定位为文化创意型的办公园区。厂房与法国梧桐等“老”物件再现于城市的核心区域.既与现代生活产生了一些距离感,又带来了生活中的亲切感这种距离感与亲切感.成为景观改造的出发点。
The project,formerly an old factory in the 1960s,was used as a building materials market in the 1990s.The process of urbanization has gradually marginalized the factory area within the third ring road of Hankou.which is in urgent need of renovation and transformation to meet the needs of urban development.The renovation is positioned as a cultural and creative office park.
