一种中药减肥贴膏剂的提取和制备工艺研究

Study on the Extraction and Preparation of a Self-made Chinese Medicine Slimming Plaster

目的以番泻苷A含量为提取指标,优选最佳提取工艺制备中药减肥贴膏剂。方法考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度等因素对中药减肥贴膏剂中番泻苷A的影响,采用HPLC测定自制中药减肥贴膏剂中番泻苷A的含量。结果采用醇提法提取复方中的番泻苷A,提取工艺为料液比1∶20;提取时间30 min,提取温度65℃,乙醇浓度40%;制备中药减肥贴膏剂的工艺为药物粉末9 g,药物浸膏3 g,明胶5 g。结论此减肥贴膏剂有良好提取工艺并将为相关制剂制备、为中药减肥市场提供更多研究思路。

OBJECTIVE Using the content of Sennoside A as an extraction index,The optimal extractio n process was used to prepare a Chinese medicine slimming plaster.METHODS The effects of material-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and other factors on Sennoside A in Chinese med icine slimming plasters were investigated.HPLC was used to determine the conte nt of Sennoside A in a self-made slimming Chinese medicinal plaster.RESULTS The analysis results proved that the optimal extraction conditions for this traditional Chinese medicinal slimming plaster were:materi al-liquid ratio was 1∶20;extraction time was 30 min,extraction te mperature was 65℃,and ethanol concentration was 40%;The preparation process of TCM slimmin g plaster was medicine powder 9 g,medicine extract 3 g,gelatin 5 g.CONCLUSION This slimming plaster has a good extraction process and will provide more rese arch ideas for the Chinese medicine slimming market.
