隐丹参酮对小鼠抑郁样行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察隐丹参酮的抗抑郁作用。方法KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组、隐丹参酮低(10 mg·kg^(-1))、中(20 mg·kg^(-1))、高(30 mg·kg^(-1))剂量组及阳性药对照药组。采用小鼠悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验、利血平拮抗实验、5-HTP增强实验,考察隐丹参酮的抗抑郁作用。结果隐丹参酮能够显著缩短悬尾和强迫游泳实验小鼠的不动时间(P<0.05或P<0.01);对抗利血平引起的小鼠眼睑下垂、体温降低及出圈率下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);增加5-HTP诱导的小鼠甩头次数(P<0.05)。结论隐丹参酮具有一定的抗抑郁作用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the antidepressant effect of cryptotanshinone.METHODS KM mice were randomly allocated to normal control group,cryptotansh inone low(10 mg·kg^(-1)),medium(20 mg·kg^(-1)),high(30 mg·kg^(-1))dose group and positive drug control group.The antidepressant effect of cryptotanshinone was investigated by tail suspension test,forced swimming test,reserpine antagonism experiment and 5-HTP enhancement experiment.Results Cryptotanshinone could significantly decrease the time of immobility in tail suspension test and forced swimming test(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Significantly inhibit the palpebral ptosis,hypothermi a and akinesia caused by reserpine(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Significantly increase the numble of head twitches caused by 5-HTP(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The results show that cryptotanshinone exerts poten tial antidepressant-like effect in mice.
