预制小箱梁横坡处理技术及受力分析研究

摘要 由于横向布设的小箱梁间存在错台问题,常导致小箱梁间产生纵向裂缝,影响了桥梁的承载能力。文本以某预制小箱梁桥为研究背景,通过对小箱梁横坡调整、楔形块厚度和角度的调整等处置措施,达到整体桥梁横坡平顺,并利用数值分析对小箱梁进行承载能力验算,同时,与原设计情况进行比较。研究结果表明:本文处理方法对桥梁结构受力变化影响较小,其挠度和应力均满足规范要求,桥梁结构处于安全状况,可为同类工程问题提供借鉴。 Due to the problem of lateral deviation between the small box girders,longitudinal cracks between the small box girders were caused,which affected the load-bearing capacity of the bridge.In this paper,a prefabricated small box girder bridge was used as the background.Through the adjustment of the cross slope of the small box girder,and the thickness and angle of the wedge block,the overall bridge slope was smooth.Finally,numerical analysis was used to check the load-bearing capacity of small box girder.At the same time,the calculation result was compared with the original design.It was proved that the method in this paper had little effect on the change of bridge structure,the bridge deflection and stress met the requirements of the code.The bridge structure was in the safe condition,this method can be provided reference for similar projects in the future.
