摘要
本文采用多种矿物掺合料内掺方式研究不同矿物掺合料对无机石板材抗弯强度、吸水率等性能影响,通过对内掺矿物掺合料的无机石板材进行扫描电镜、红外光谱及孔结构进行分析。结果表明:不同种类的矿物掺合料掺量在7.5%-30%内影响无机板材的性能,且差异较大;YC-1掺合料综合性能最优,具有提高抗弯强度、降低吸水率作用,且孔隙率较低,孔径分布集中在10-100nm范围;掺入硅灰能有效降低吸水率。
In order to study the effect of mineral admixture on the properties of inorganic board,the bending strength,water absorption,curing speed,scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum and pore structure of inorganic sheet were analyzed by using various kinds of mineral admixtures.The results show that:mineral admixtures within 7.5%-30%affect the performance of the inorganic board,and the difference is large;YC-1 admixture has the best comprehensive performance,YC-1 admixtures can improve the bending strength,reduce the water absorption,and help to improve the performance of the board;the porosity of inorganic board is low,and the pore size distribution is concentrated in the range of 10-100nm.;Water absorption can be effectively reduced by adding silica fume.
