多元控制悬臂式晾衣架的设计与制作

摘要 当今社会发展迅速,人们对生活水平的要求也水涨船高,而智能家居可以优化生活品质,逐渐受到人们的青睐。晾衣架作为一种必要的家具用品,开始逐渐由传统控制向智能控制发展。为了使人们更加便捷地晾晒衣物,本团队设计并制作了多元控制悬臂式晾衣架,对传统外飘式衣架进行创新设计并加以智能化控制。本研究自主设计的晾衣架以单片机作为控制核心,通过雨量传感器对天气情况进行感知;天气信息由雨量传感器送给单片机,由它进行判断;晾衣架自动运行的依据来源于单片机对天气的实时监测;下雨时,晾衣杆收回,以防止衣物被淋湿,天晴时,其可以伸出,让衣物进行晾晒。用户也可通过手机APP控制晾衣杆的工作模式。此外,手机APP拥有天气预报提示的功能,辅助用户进行衣物晾晒。本设计意在消除传统晾衣架的弊端,给出一个更加方便家用、实用新型的晾衣架方案。 Today’s society develops rapidly,and living standards of people’s requirementsare also rising,and smart homes can optimize the quality of life and are gradually being favored by people.As a necessary furniture item,drying racks have gradually developed from traditional control to intelligent control.In order to allow people to dry clothes more conveniently,the team has designed and produced a multi-control cantilever drying rack,innovatively designed and intelligently controlled the traditional floating hanger.The drying rack independently designed in this study uses a single-chip microcomputer as the control core,and the weather conditions are sensed through the rainfall sensor;the weather information is sent to the single-chip microcomputer from the rainfall sensor,which is judged by it;the automatic operation of the drying rack comes from the real-time monitoring of the weather by the singlechip;when it rains,the clothes rail is retracted to prevent the clothes from getting wet,when it is fine,the clothes rail can be extended to allow the clothes to dry.The user can also control the working mode of the clothes rail through the mobile phone APP.In addition,the mobile APP has a weather forecast function to assist users in drying clothes.This design is intended to eliminate the drawbacks of traditional drying racks and provide a more convenient and practical new drying rack solution for household use.
