基于CAE不变网格和维度趋近的高炉侵蚀包络面确定方法

摘要 高炉是钢铁生产的重要设备,它的稳定运行影响着整个链条的生产效率,如何延长高炉寿命一直是钢铁行业关心的问题。基于CAE仿真模型中的不变网格和稳态传热假设,本文提出了一套预测高炉炉缸炉底侵蚀面的方法。该方法可以快速确定高炉侵蚀程度,有助于企业侦知高炉健康状况、合理安排生产。 Blast furnace is an important equipment for steel production,and its stable operation affects the production efficiency of the entire chain,how to extend the life of blast furnaces has always been a concern of the steel industry.Based on the assumptions of constant grid and steady-state heat transfer in the CAE simulation model,this paper proposed a set of methods to predict the erosion surface of the hearth of a blast furnace.This method can quickly determine the degree of erosion of the blast furnace,which is helpful for enterprises to detect the health status of the blast furnace and arrange production rationally.
