Indirectness of Direct Reporting Discourse and Its Representations

直接转述话语是一种建构的话语。在话语实践中,直接转述是对原话语的重新语境化,原话语的语言形式或语义内容并不会完全复制到转述语境,转述话语在语言形式或语义内容上偏离原话语,具有间接性。直接转述话语的间接性表征可分为刻意性直接转述、随意性直接转述和任意性直接转述三种类型。

The direct reporting discourse is constructed and indirect in nature.In discourse practice,the direct reporting re-contextualizes the original discourse whose forms or contents can’t be absolutely replicated to the reported context.The forms or contents of the reported discourse deviate from the original discourse,which are represented by three types,namely designed direct reporting,loose direct reporting and arbitrary direct reporting.
