长毛红山茶种子萌发试验研究

摘要 通过GA3、NAA、温水等不同处理对长毛红山茶种子萌发进行研究,测定种子发芽率、发芽势和平均发芽时间。结果表明:GA3处理能提高种子发芽率和缩短平均发芽时间,其中以GA3500mg/L处理种子2h发芽率最高,达到89.66%,平均发芽时间比对照缩短了13.8d天;NAA对种子发芽率促进作用不明显,但能缩短发芽天数;温水浸种随着初始温度的不断提高,发芽率逐渐降低,平均发芽时间缩短,长毛红山茶种子不能耐受高温浸种。 The germination rate,germination potential and average germination time of the seeds of Camelliav villosa were determined by different treatments including GA3,NAA and warm water to study the seed germination of Camelliav villosa.The results showed that GA3 could improve the germination rate and shorten the average germination time.The highest germination rate was 89.66%with GA3500mg/l 2 hours,and the average germination time was 13.8d shorter than that of the control;NAA had no significant effect on germination rate,but it could shorten germination days;With the increase of initial temperature,the germination rate decreased gradually,the average germination time was shortened,and the seeds of Camelliav villosa could not tolerate high temperature soaking.
