摘要
为开展滚动轴承动态可靠性设计方法研究,模拟轴承在机械系统运行过程中的实际外部振动工况,进而获取轴承的振动、温度等数据,进行了滚动轴承振动性能试验机总体结构及各组成部分的设计与选型,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对试验机的振动激励耦合加载过程进行仿真计算,得到了外部振动激励与径向静载荷耦合作用下的振动曲线,分析了径向静载荷对轴向、径向外部振动激励作用效果的影响,验证了外部振动模拟的可行性与试验机设计的合理性。
In order to study on dynamic reliability design method for rolling bearings,simulate actual external vibration conditions of the bearings during operation of mechanical system,and obtain data of vibration and temperature of the bearings,the design and selection of overall structure and various components of rolling bearing vibration performance tester are carried out.Through finite element software ABAQUS,the vibration excitation coupling loading process of tester is simulated and calculated,the vibration curve under coupling effect of external vibration excitation and radial static load is obtained,and the influence of radial static load on axial and radial external vibration excitation effect is analyzed.The feasibility of external vibration simulation and the rationality of tester design are verified.
