摘要
主要介绍了一种高效低阻滤料的制备方法。采用具有自主知识产权的芳砜纶以及进口的三聚氰胺熔喷材料,设计针刺打样工艺,制备出一种能更好应对恶劣工况条件和严苛排放标准的滤料。经测试,滤料样品的过滤效率达到99.99%以上,粉尘排放质量浓度小于0.2 mg/m^(3)。
A kind of high-efficiency and low resistance filter material preparation method was introduced.By using polysulfonamide fiber with indepndent intellectual property rights and the imported melamine meltblown material,acupuncture proofing process was designed to prepare a kind of filter material that could better deal with harsh working conditions and severe emissions.The test results showed that the filtra⁃tion efficiency of the sample was over 99.99%,and the dust emission concentration was less than 0.2 mg/m^(3).
