准均匀电场下C_(5)F_(10)O/干燥空气与C_(5)F_(10)O/N_(2)的绝缘特性 被引量:4

Insulation characteristics of C_(5)F_(10)O/Air and C_(5)F_(10)O/N_(2) under quasi-uniform electric field

摘要 SF 6因优异的电气特性广泛应用于电器绝缘设备中,但其产生的温室效应对大气环境具有极大损害。近年来,C_(5)F_(10)O作为一种环保型SF 6潜在替代气体受到国内外科研工作者的关注。为进一步探究C_(5)F_(10)O/干燥空气与C_(5)F_(10)O/N_(2)的绝缘特性,文中利用气体绝缘性能测试平台,对不同气压、不同C_(5)F_(10)O分压下的2种混合气体在准均匀电场下进行工频击穿试验。实验结果表明,C_(5)F_(10)O混合气体绝缘强度随气体压强的增大而增大;提高C_(5)F_(10)O分压亦可提高两类缓冲气体的绝缘强度,且对N_(2)绝缘强度提升相对值大于干燥空气。从绝缘强度考虑,适当增大C_(5)F_(10)O混合气体气压和C_(5)F_(10)O分压,C_(5)F_(10)O/干燥空气比C_(5)F_(10)O/N_(2)混合气体更具潜力替代室内中低压设备中的SF 6。 SF6 is widely used in electrical insulation equipment due to its excellent electrical properties,but its greenhouse effect is extremely detrimental to the atmospheric environment.In recent years,C_(5)F_(10)O,as an environmentally friendly SF6 potential substitute gas,has attracted the attention of researchers around the world.In order to further explore the insulation properties of C_(5)F_(10)O/Air and C_(5)F_(10)O/N_(2),a gas insulation performance test platform are used to conduct power-frequency breakdown tests under two quasi-uniform electric fields for two gas mixtures under different pressures and different C_(5)F_(10)O partial pressures.The experimental results show that the insulation strength of C_(5)F_(10)O mixed gas increases with the increase of gas pressure.Increasing the partial pressure of C_(5)F_(10)O can also increase the insulation strength of the two types of buffer gases,and the relative increase in insulation strength of N_(2) is greater than that of dry air.From the viewpoint of dielectric strength,C_(5)F_(10)O/Air has more potential to replace SF6 in indoor low-voltage equipment than C_(5)F_(10)O/N_(2) mixed gas by appropriately increasing the C_(5)F_(10)O mixed gas pressure and C_(5)F_(10)O partial pressure.
