糖尿病足患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化及其临床意义分析

Changes of Plasma Homocysteine Level in Patients with Diabetic Foot and Its Clinical Significance

目的:研究糖尿病足患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月~2018年12月期间某院收治的100例糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据病情严重程度分为糖尿病组51例和糖尿病足组49例。将各组的生化指标进行比对。结果:糖尿病足组的病程长于糖尿病组,血浆同型半胱氨酸水平、空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、UAlb、Cr均高于糖尿病组,两组之间对比单纤维丝检查阳性率、NSS分级、NDS分级存在显著差异(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,高血浆同型半胱氨酸水平为糖尿病足发生的危险因素。结论:血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的早期检测可判断糖尿病足严重程度,可为临床防治糖尿病足提供指导。

Objective:To study the changes of plasma homocysteine level in patients with diabetic foot and its clinical significance.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetes in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into diabetic group(51 cases)and diabetic foot group(49 cases).The biochemical indexes of each group were compared.Results:The course of disease in diabetic foot group was longer than that in diabetic group,and the levels of plasma homocysteine,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,UAlb and Cr were higher than those in diabetic group.There was significant difference in positive rate of single filament examination,NSS grade and NDS grade between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high plasma homocysteine level was risk factor of diabetic foot.Conclusion:The early detection of plasma homocysteine level can judge the severity of diabetic foot and provide guidance for clinical prevention and treatment of diabetic foot.
