妇产科干预中孕期健康教育对产妇的自然分娩率与护理满意度的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Health Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology Intervention on the Natural Delivery Rate and Nursing Satisfaction of Parturients

目的:探究妇产科干预中孕期健康教育对产妇的自然分娩率与护理满意度的影响。方法:选自2019年3月~2020年11月来某院妇产科的80例孕妇作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组各40例,其中对照组接受常规护理,研究组给予孕期健康教育,比较两组自然分娩概率、护理满意度和住院时间。结果:对照组自然分娩率为77.50%,研究组自然分娩率为97.50%,研究组自然分娩率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科干预中进行孕期健康教育不仅有利于提高孕妇的自然分娩率,孕妇对护理人员的满意度也高,值得在临床治疗中推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of health education in obstetrics and gynecology intervention during pregnancy on the natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction of puerpera.Methods:80 pregnant women from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of a hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,in which 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 40 patients in the study group were given health education during pregnancy,and the probability of spontaneous delivery,nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The natural birth rate of the control group was 77.50%,the natural birth rate of the study group was 97.50%,and the natural birth rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education during pregnancy in the intervention of obstetrics and gynecology is not only beneficial to improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant women,but also to improve the satisfaction of pregnant women to nursing staff,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
