高压紧急切断三通柱塞浆液阀的研制

摘要 分析了浆态床渣油加氢装置的工艺特点和阀门选择,介绍了高压紧急切断三通柱塞浆液阀研制的主要参数、结构特点、组焊阀体强度计算与分析、CFD流场模拟以及大推力气动执行机构的设计、性能和高温热态试验。研制的阀门已在国内浆态床渣油加氢装置上成功应用,能够满足设计和使用工况要求。 Analyzed the process characteristics and valve selection of slurry bed residual oil hydrogenation device.Introduced main parameters and structural characteristics,strength calculation and analysis of welded body,CFD flow field simulation and high thrust pneumatic actuator design,performance and high temperature thermal test of high pressure emergency block three-way piston slurry valve.The developed valve has been successfully applied in domestic slurry bed residual oil hydrogenation device,which can meet the requirements of design and operation conditions,and has been successfully localized.
