摘要
以舰船阀门抗冲击分析要求反应谱为目标谱反演了对应的冲击时程波,基于Ansys利用瞬态动力学方法对某船用轴流式止回阀的抗冲击性能进行分析,直接在Ansys中实现了阀门在冲击载荷和连续工作载荷共同作用下应力结果的叠加。通过对应力计算结果的校核分析,证明设计的轴流式止回阀能够在要求的冲击载荷和连续工作载荷共同作用下保证结构的完整性。
The response spectrum required for the impact analysis ofboat valves is used as the target spectrum to invert the corresponding impact time wave.Based on Ansys,the impact resistance of a boat axial flow check valve is analyzed by transient dynamics method.The stress results of the valve under impact load and continuous working load are superimposed directly in Ansys.By checking and analyzing the stress calculation results,it is proved that the designed axial flow check valve can guarantee the integrity of the structure under the combined action of the required impact load and continuous working load.
