摘要
对于任何一家企业来说,人力资源管理都是其要重点建设的工作项目。同时,人力资源管理的质量也和企业的经营水平、经营效果有着极大的关联,在企业的日常管理工作中拥有很高的地位。但在新形势下的市场环境中,企业面临的问题将来源于多方面,急需提升自身的核心竞争力,在市场中争取到更多的份额,并获得更大的收益空间。在这种形势下,人力资源管理的能力将影响着企业的未来发展。
For any enterprise,human resources management is a key construction project.At the same time,the quality of human resources management is also greatly related to the business level and business effect of the enterprise,and it has a high status in the daily management of the enterprise.However,in the new situation of the market environment,the problems faced by enterprises will come from many aspects in the future,and it is urgent to improve their core competitiveness,to fight for more shares in the market,and to gain more profit space.In this situation,the ability of human resources management will affect the future development of enterprises.
