Research on the Project Cost Management of Y Scenic Spot

景区作为旅游业运转的重要一环,景区建设项目的成本管理能为景区建设提供有价值的建设期、运营期成本控制方案,避免无效投资导致的经营压力过大、景区破产情况。论文以Y景区项目为研究对象,对景区建设的成本管理进行研究,提出一套“成本-进度-效益三角”理论,并以此理论指导Y景区项目管理的研究。

As an important part of tourism operation,cost management of scenic spot construction projects can provide valuable cost control schemes in construction period and operation period for scenic spot construction,so as to avoid excessive operating pressure and bankruptcy caused by ineffective investment.This paper takes the project of Y scenic spot as the research object,studies the cost management of scenic spot construction,puts forward a set of"cost-schedule-benefit triangle"theory,and guides the research on the project management of Y scenic spot with this theory.
