当前,实事求是已经成为社会所普遍认同的一种基本的思维准则,是我国从个人、企业到国家社会发展所依靠的基本的思维模式。将辩证思维应用于企业管理工作之中,可以使企业得到更加有效的发展。基于此,论文从我国企业管理中辩证思维的发展、现存问题及其应用途径3个角度展开了论述。

At present,seeking truth from facts has become a basic thinking principle generally accepted by the society,and it is a basic thinking mode that China relies on for social development from individuals,enterprises to the country.Applying dialectical thinking to enterprise management can make enterprises develop more effectively.Based on this,this paper discusses the development of dialectical thinking in enterprise management,the existing problems and its application path.
