Traditional management mode has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development and social development as well as people's pursuit of high quality life.Fine management is a set of management methods suitable for construction enterprises to improve management level,reduce management cost and improve project quality.This paper firstly introduces the construction background of fine management,expounds the significance of the application of fine management in the project construction,analyzes and studies the specific measures and methods of fine management,and provides reference and basis for the transformation of enterprise management mode.
