新形势下,基层党建工作面临新挑战,思维观念陈旧、综合素养不高、工作机制不全、创新意识不强等,制约了党建工作的全面开展和提升,为此,必须解放思想、统一认识,提高政治站位,加强学习、优化队伍,提升党建履职能力,建立健全工作机制,规范开展党建工作,找亮点、出特色、作品牌,创新开展党建工作。

Under the new situation,grassroots Party building work is facing new challenges,such as outdated thinking concept,low comprehensive quality,incomplete working mechanism and weak sense of innovation,which restrict the all-round development and promotion of Party building work.To this end,we must emancipate our minds,unify our understanding,improve our political position,strengthen our study,optimize our team,enhance our ability to perform our duties,establish and improve our working mechanism,standardize our Party building work,and find bright spots,make our own characteristics,and be a brand,and carry out Party building work in an innovative way.
