大数据信息时代的到来,对我国社会的发展和进步起到了极大的推动作用。党的建设和发展借助先进科技实现了新时期的创新发展,在很大程度上推进了基层党组织建设工作向着科学化、精细化方向发展,激发了各级工作者的工作热情和积极性,进而提升了工作效率。论文主要分析大数据背景下基层党组织建设迎来的发展机遇,并根据当前基层党组织建设面临的困境,进行相应的解决路径的探索和研究。

The arrival of the information age of big data has played a great role in promoting the development and progress of China's society.The construction and development of the Party have achieved innovative development in the new period by means of advanced science and technology,and to a great extent have promoted the development of the construction of grassroots Party organizations in a scientific and refined direction.It arouses the enthusiasm of the workers at all levels,and then improves the work efficiency.This paper mainly analyzes the development opportunities for the construction of grassroots Party organizations under the background of big data,and explores and studies the corresponding solutions according to the difficulties faced by the current grassroots Party organization construction.
