In his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that"we will develop a positive and healthy intra-Party political culture and comprehensively purify the political environment within the Party."It provides a fundamental guideline for state-owned enterprises to adhere to the leadership of the Party and strengthen Party building.Under the new situation,promoting the construction of inner-Party political culture is an important task in the Party building,and is also an important guiding ideology to purify the political ecological environment of enterprises and comprehensively promote the Party building from top to bottom.From the angle of enterprise reform and development,the paper expounds the key elements and key contents of strengthening the construction of inner-Party political culture.
