烟草企业基层党建工作创新路径探究

在新时代党建工作中,基层党建工作尤为重要,对整体党建工作的顺利开展而言具有决定性影响作用。随着当前时代的发展,对于基层党建工作也要能够与时俱进、结合时代发展的视角审视基层党建工作,能够运用发展眼光研究基层党建工作,并在改革创新精神中不断致力于基层党建工作的开展。我国烟草企业党建工作已经取得突破性成果,然而在实际工作中仍旧存在着许多问题需要解决。对此,论文基于烟草企业的实际状况,针对其党建工作所存在的难点进行分析,并基于创新发展角度提出针对性创新路径,为烟草企业的长远发展提供参考。
