Discussion on the Problems Existing in the Implementation of Financial Sharing Service in W Group

随着大数据、人工智能与区块链等互联网信息技术的不断发展,现代企业面临的风险与压力日益上升,财务转型成为企业寻求价值突破的重要方向之一。论文以W集团为例,分析其实施财务共享服务过程中存在的问题,并提出相关建议,以期为W集团财务共享服务下一阶段的发展以及我国其他同类型且正在实施或准备实施财务共享服务的企业提供参考借鉴。

With the continuous development of big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other internet information technologies,modern enterprises are facing increasing risks and pressures.Financial transformation has become one of the important directions for enterprises to seek value breakthroughs.Taking W Group as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing financial sharing service,and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to provide a reference for the development of W Group's financial sharing service in the next stage and other similar enterprises in China who are implementing or preparing to implement financial sharing service.
