摘要 城市的环境卫生既是城市文明的重要窗口,也是衡量城市文明程度的重要标志。环卫工人作为“城市美容师”,承担着维护城市卫生的重要职责。但是,环卫工人队伍的稳定性和工作积极性问题日益凸显。论文通过对Y市环卫处的实地调研,分析了该市环卫队伍的现状,结合马斯洛需求层次理论,提出构建环卫队伍激励机制的建议,以期提升环卫工人作业的积极性,保障该队伍的长期稳定。 Urban environmental sanitation is not only an important window of urban civilization,but also an important symbol to measure the degree of urban civilization.As"urban beauticians",sanitation workers shoulder the important responsibility of maintaining urban sanitation.However,the problems of the stability and work enthusiasm of the sanitation workers have become increasingly prominent.Based on the field investigation of the sanitation department of Y City,this paper analyzes the current situation of the sanitation team in this city,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of the incentive mechanism of the sanitation team combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,so as to improve the work enthusiasm of the sanitation workers and ensure the long-term stability of the team.
