This paper analyzes the current situation of cigarette inventory management,and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of market demand prediction,cigarette purchasing collaboration,cigarette delivery and storage management,so as to further optimize the inventory management mode,ensure that it can not only meet the daily sales flow demand,but also minimize the inventory,reduce the occupation of funds in enterprises,reduce the cost of warehouse management,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
