摘要
当代社会人才竞争十分激烈,企业虽然十分重视人力资源管理工作的开展,并取得了较好的效果,但是对于员工的思想层面未探索出良好的管理方法。将人力资源管理工作与政工工作进行充分结合,则能够对人才思想方面的问题进行有效的解决。论文主要针对企业管理工作中政工工作与人力资源管理工作的融合策略进行探究,希望能够起到提升企业管理工作水平的作用。
The competition for talents in contemporary society is very fierce.Although the enterprise attaches great importance to the development of human resources management and has achieved good results,it has not explored a good management method for the ideological level of employees.If human resources management and political work are fully combined,the problem of talent thinking can be effectively solved.This paper mainly explores the integration strategy of political work and human resources management in enterprise management,hoping to play a role in improving the level of enterprise management.
