摘要
BSC作为某一组织进行业绩评价的重要手段,在BSC研究理论的基础上,论文对基于BSC的业绩评价体系具体应用过程中存在的问题进行研究,并就相关问题提出若干可行性的实施建议,以此增强业绩评价的科学性与准确性。
BSC is an important means for an organization to conduct performance evaluation.On the basis of BSC research theory,this paper studies the problems existing in the specific application process of the performance evaluation system based on BSC,and puts forward some feasible implementation suggestions for related problems,so as to enhance the scientificity and accuracy of performance evaluation.
