Using PFMEA to Improve the Quality Level of International Subcontract Products

Faced with the actual situation of frequent product quality problems,it is necessary to predict and identify all potential fault modes affecting product quality in the production process,and carry out improvement in the whole process according to scientific methods,so as to avoid frequent product quality problems,serious consequences of product rework or scrap.The paper introduces the basic concept and application method of PFMEA process,and illustrates the importance of process improvement and quality improvement through the example application of PFMEA for subcontracted products.
