摘要 与microRNA(miRNA/miR)在疾病诊断和治疗中应用有关的研究日益增多,但是在心血管领域,目前大多数的研究局限于miRNA在左心室的应用,很少涉及右心室。因此,本综述回顾了最新的文献,总结miRNA在右心疾病中的应用。我们首先回顾mi RNA腔室特异性的表达以及在右心相关疾病中的应用;其次,重点讨论了循环miRNA在肺动脉高压和右心室衰竭患者诊断和预后中的应用现状;最后,介绍使用mi RNA调节剂治疗肺动脉高压的潜力及其对右心室产生的有益影响。我们希望,随着对右心室miRNA研究的不断深入,最终将有助于改善肺动脉高压和右心室衰竭的治疗现状。 Studies on diagnoses and treatments based on micro RNAs(miRNA/miR)are increasing.However,currently most studies in the field of cardiovascular diseases are limited to the application of miRNAs in the left ventricle,and few studies have involved the right ventricle.Therefore,this review examines the latest literature and summarizes the application of miRNAs in right heart disease.We first review intraventricular-specific expression of miRNAs and their application in right heart-related disease.Second,the application status of circulating miRNAs in patients with pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular failure is discussed.Finally,the potential of miRNA modulators in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension and their beneficial effects on the right ventricle are described.We hope that the continued accumulation of evidence on miRNAs in the right heart will help improve treatment for patients with pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular disease.
